I wont be able to trade at the close today cuz i have to be somewhere else. its ok though cuz im definitely holding enough right now. kind of a bad day today but im waiting to see if my stocks start selling off a little after pulling up on weak volume.

Stopped out of ANN in the morning for a 3% loss which is my maximum allowed loss for any trade so, thats fine. Stopped out of AGCO for a 2.9% loss in the afternoon. Still holding 6 short trades.

AGCO, DELL, SPN, TEX for more short entries on Thursday

Today was action packed like a chuck norris movie so i decided to make this my 2nd post for today. I found many stocks that interested me at the close but only tried to enter 5 of them. AMSC was 'not available to borrow' for shorting so i ended up entering only 4 trades at the close: AGCO, DELL, SPN, TEX. A couple of these look a tad far from their resistance lines but they still had atleast 15% of price they could move. maybe it is a mistake and i will learn from it, or maybe i actually used good judgement.





currently holding 8 trades. a milestone for me since i have never done enough research and managed my time well enough to hold so many trades at once.

ANN short entry....ARRS had great gap down

A limit order got me into ANN in the morning.

The other trade i was still trying to get into with a limit order pulledback just like ANN but not enough so ill just let it go. Plenty of opportunities in the money game.

I didnt even realize it at first, but around 1:30 pm i noticed my ARRS trade was up almost 15% in profit in its first trading day. everything else was sputtering around 2 or 3%. turns out it gapped down a lot giving me almost 15% gain as of 1:30pm so i took it. I will exit after a gap if its very big and sitting at another TL. my trades dont get much better than this one.



Now im holding 4 short trades which is great. The increased amount of research i have been doing is paying off. My next goal is to get into another 20 trades and see what my ratios look like after that. The more i can get into the better. now i gotta get ready for the close today...

ARRS , WLP , ANR short entries

Went through a lot of stocks before the close but most had lousy volume. A limit order from the day before got me into ANR and i entered ARRS and WLP at the close today. ANR was engulfing, ARRS has a nice flu shot and WLP has an ascending shark bite (usually they are descending).





This morning i had 5 stocks who's entries i missed at the prior close. Turns out 2 of them 'didnt have shares available to borrow for shorting'. I eventually got into one and the final two never pulled back yet but i left limit orders going to give them a chance.

TSL short entry, LLY and CL exits

got stopped out of LLY not too long ago today for a small 1.9% loss. seemed like a crappy trade from the start. thought i might get saved since this and most of the market was rising on very low volume but that didnt happen yet.

still holding CL which doesnt look that good either but maybe it will get saved, dont know.

i have a ton of stocks to filter through before the close today. most of the volume is too low but i have a feeling i can find a few great trades to enter before the week is over. i have around 130 that i will spend about 30 minutes before the close picking over. before the close all im looking for is great volume with a great bar signal and if everything is ok after going through my entry checklist then ill enter.

ok i got stopped out of CL right at the closing bell for a small loss of 2%. at the same time i entered TSL for a short trade. I still might have a stock or two to enter in the morning. I didnt have enough time to check everything....i have been adding a lot of stocks to my watchlist but now i need to make sure i delete the ones i dont want anymore.

CL short entry and a few exits

confusion at open today. most of my stocks gapping up. i was stopped out of PCG which i entered yesterday for a 2.1% loss. should have been stopped out of LLY but it must have moved so quick i never got filled so im still holding it (it came back down a lot). I had 3 stocks i entered with limit orders at the open since i missed them yesterday, ERIC,TS and CL. CL didnt gap at all so it looks fine right now but ERIC and TS gapped up and i went ahead and exited those two since they gapped up to my stop loss for a couple of tiny losses. didnt want to keep them since i was supposed to have entered them yesterday. should have been around 3% losses for each instead of .1% and .5% losses which i actually got.





after this morning i am holding CL and LLY for shorts.
